fluid 2013 - A Year In Review

This year has been a full one.  I have had so much fun and met so many lovely people.  I have done more of everything this year.  More weddings, more babies, more 1 year olds, more challenges which is always fun.  I have had returning customers, ones that have come from far away and ones that have sent me to the other side of the world just to photograph their big day.  I really appreciate every single day and want to thank you all so much for believing in me and supporting me over the years.  I have no idea what next year will bring but I am hoping for bigger and better things.  We hope to build a studio/office in our house soon and hopefully that dream will become a reality in 2014 which will give me more space and opportunities!
I want to focus more on newborn photography, so please tell your friends.  It's my absolute favourite type of photoshoot.
I hope you all have a wonderful time with your families in this holiday season and that 2014 brings great opportunities.
All the best and Enjoy!

I have no idea whose crazy kids these last two are ;-)

Family & One Year Old Photoshoot

I have delayed this blog post as it came in two parts.  First we did family photos out in the forest on a c-c-cold autumn morning, and then some studio photos when Jesper turned one.  Out in the forest the boys hadn't had a good nights sleep so we worked with what we had. The light in the forest is always beautiful.
Jesper did his best at playing photo model once more in my little studio.  We discovered an orange balloon did the trick, plus holding on to mamma was safest ;-)
Enjoy!

Little Posers - 2 Legged & Four

This seemed like it could have been one of the most difficult photoshoots I've had to date.  The idea of a 1 year old with not 1, but 2 small dogs in a photo together made me a little nervous.  But like I have said before, I DO like a challenge, and at least my customer also understood how it might not go as planned.  It could either work out really hopelessly, or pretty amazingly!
I took photos of Elena when she was just a few weeks old.  I love when they come back to me all grown up! Her four-legged brothers Choco and Antigo were a dream to work with.  They sat posed ready for anything.  They were almost taking the spotlight and I had to try some without the dogs since it was after all a 1 year old photoshoot :-)
I can now add four-legged friends to my list of things I photograph for customers. Not sure if they would all behave so well as these ones but I am up for the challenge! Thanks for believing in me Tove.
Enjoy!

Oscar

A lovely little 28 day old baby boy that was still very good at sleeping while I moved him around to take some sweet sleepy pictures.  What a beautiful little face and such elegantly placed hands.
Enjoy!
